REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return or exchange the item within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are accepted less postage and packaging. Please note that all items must be in their original condition with tags attached, in the original packaging and with no odours.

 

The goods are your responsibility until they are returned, we cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged. So please take care to package your returns securely and with respect to prevent damage and to return by recorded delivery, registered post or by courier.  Each design is unique and professionally made; therefore care needs to be taken to ensure a full refund. At Rhona-Anne we do our utmost to take pride in each garment and the way we present it, therefore we expect the same in return!

 

The same conditions apply if you would like to exchange an item – please fill out the returns note provided not forgetting to include your name, address and contact details with your parcel and specify if you would like a refund or exchange. Returns/Exchange note can be downloaded from here. Please contact us for a returns address via email - sales@rhona-anne.com.

 

All items will be thoroughly checked when returned. Any items that are deemed damaged, smell unusual or have the tags removed are non-refundable.

 

AVAILABILITY

 

All designs by Rhona- Anne are high-end, ready-to-wear pieces that are unique to her style and philosophy. Any designs that are Limited Edition are only available while stocks last and will be advertised accordingly. Once they are gone they are gone! Please note that choice of fabrics and trims may vary slightly to those shown, due to availability. Every effort is made to replicate the true colour of all Garments, but due to the varying web browsers the colour imagery may differ from the actual colour. We have included the name of the colour to help when ordering. If in doubt please get in touch.

 

POSTAGE

All orders are sent via Royal Mail UK/ Hermes. They are processed within 24 hours and will take 3-5 working days to be delivered (If purchasing within the UK and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays) All orders are sent with a proof of delivery and will require a signature from the recipient. Please note International orders can take up to 7 working days and all prices include insurance. All orders purchased outside of the UK may be charged an additional VAT cost (value added tax) depending on the country you are purchasing from.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

We accept payment by Paypal and all major credit and debit cards. If you don't have a Paypal account, then simply checkout as a guest. All transactions are secure and fully protected.

 

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

 

All photos on this website are not to be used without permission. We reserve the right to copyright and therefore if used in any way, we may take action.

 

 

MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS

 

All leather garments are exclusives to the collection and are made to order for you. Please note that each order will be made in London, so please allow up to 3 weeks for these to be made. It’s worth the wait! Please be aware that made to order garments are non –refundable due to the specially made service provided.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

In the unlikely event that any goods seem faulty, then please fill out the returns note and send it back with the goods and receipt attached. The item will be replaced or you will be given a refund at our discretion.

 

SALE ITEMS

 

All sale items are non-refundable. All details of sales and offers will be advertised accordingly and given specific start and end dates.

 

 

PACKAGING

 

Please be aware that all orders are flat packed in boxes and are parcelled with love and attention to detail. This enables each individual to recieve something extra special.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

 

If an item is out of stock then please accept our apologies. This should be clear when you place an order. As all garments are limited editions, once they are sold there will be no more. You will be informed in the unlikely event that the item does'nt specify if it's out of stock,after you have placed the order.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

At Rhona Anne we have the right to cancel an order at any time and refund the money in full. If for any reason we are unable to complete or process the order, we will let you know accordingly.

 

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, for example, items made to order . You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 7 working days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

 

For full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, please contact your Citizens Advice Bureau or a Solicitor.

 

Additional Delivery Charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given.

As some garments are made to order, cancellation is not possible once the order has been placed. This is due to the products bespoke nature.

All orders will be dealt with as soon as possible. Please note we cannot be held responsible for the late/failure of delivery.
